Ring Groups

This creates a group of extensions to call before failing over to "destination if no answer"

"ring time" is the total ring time, unless it's a hunt group, in which case it is the ring time per extension.

Help for the other fields can be gotten by hovering your pointer over the labels underlined in orange (e.g., hovering over "ring strategy" explains the difference between "ringall," "hunt," and "memoryhunt").
